  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged due to misuse or improper assembly by the customer.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for an inspection and offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the assessment.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

  1. Exchanges

  1. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to a defect or damage upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we arranged the shipping.
